16. Delays Beyond Our Control

L.K. Creations strives to manufacture and deliver all orders within the estimated timelines. However, certain events beyond our reasonable control may affect production, dispatch, or delivery schedules.

Such events may include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
• Floods, earthquakes, fires, or other emergencies
• Government restrictions or regulatory actions
• Lockdowns or public health emergencies
• Transportation disruptions
• Material shortages
• Power failures or technical breakdowns
• Customs clearance delays for international shipments
• Labour disputes or strikes
• Internet or communication failures
• Any other force majeure event

In such circumstances, L.K. Creations shall not be held liable for delays resulting from these events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

17. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If any package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, customers should:

• Inspect the shipment before accepting delivery whenever possible.
• Take clear photographs of the package and products.
• Notify L.K. Creations within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

Minor variations in colour, finish, engraving, wood grain, acrylic appearance, crystal texture, or printing alignment that naturally occur during manufacturing shall not be considered defects.

18. Return Policy Summary

Most products manufactured by L.K. Creations are customized according to customer specifications.

Accordingly:

• Customized products are not eligible for return.
• Personalized products cannot be exchanged.
• Products manufactured according to approved artwork cannot be returned because of customer preference changes.
• Returns will not be accepted for spelling, logo placement, or design errors after customer approval.

If a product is received in a damaged condition due to manufacturing defects, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be determined at the sole discretion of L.K. Creations in accordance with applicable law.

19. Cancellation Terms

L.K. Creations begins production only after payment confirmation and, where applicable, artwork approval.

Accordingly:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• Customized orders cannot be modified once production has started.
• Changes to product specifications, quantity, artwork, colours, materials, or delivery details may not be possible after order confirmation.

As stated by our company policy:

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended. L.K. Creations reserves the sole right to approve or reject any request for cancellation or modification.

If the selected material becomes unavailable or production cannot be completed due to unavoidable circumstances, L.K. Creations reserves the right to cancel the order and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

20. Refund Conditions

Unless otherwise required under applicable law:

• Payments made for customized products are non-refundable.
• Advance payments are non-refundable after production has commenced.
• Refunds will not be provided due to changes in customer preferences, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

Where L.K. Creations is unable to fulfil an order before production begins for reasons solely attributable to us, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
